Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has said that everyone at the club is fighting for the same thing.
Pressley, who is amongst the favourites for the League One Manager Of The Month awards for October, said to the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner: "I can’t tell you how much we’re all together, and I genuinely mean that. Everyone at the club is all fighting for the same thing at the moment.
"I’ve gone on record a number of times about the efforts Pete Tierney is making on the fitness side, the efforts within the Academy, the efforts from my analyst Paul Travis who goes to games and spends all his time bringing me all the information required.
“They are all working tirelessly and if your staff are working hard the way mine are, the players can see that and I think that rubs off on them. And I think that’s why there’s an energy about the club.”
