Pressley - I Need To Freshen Up The Group

Coventry City manager Steven Pressley hopes to bring in a couple of players to freshen up the squad following his side's 3-0 defeat against Rotherham United.

"The result was extremely disappointing," Pressley told Geoff Foster of BBC Coventry & Warwickshire.

"We had best chance of the first half but we lost our way after their goal.

"We are a young side and set backs do affect us but we cannot forget how far we have come.

"It is important that we focus and get that confidence back by winning games.

"We have given ourselves a fighting chance and we have to get back to doing the things we have done well this season.

"We have run with a small squad and maybe it is time for changes as it looks like the last few games have caught up to them.

"I do need to freshen the group up and bring in new players. "These players have done so well but we need to look at bringing some bodies in to give the squad a boost and give us a hand."

"I am confident that we will have a couple of players in before Thursday."
