There has been praise for some of Coventry City's staff following the visit of a mystery supporter.
The supporter, who is overseas based, visited the club this month and found the staff that he spoke to on the phone exceedingly polite, respectful and helpful when sorting out the buying of tickets for a match after problems buying them on-line.
However, the supporter's visit to the club shop at the Gallagher Retail Park to collect the tickets and make purchases, proved to be less of a good experience with the staff there described as 'unhelpful'.
