Police are reviewing cctv footage from both during Coventry City's 1-0 win at Oldham Athletic and outside of Boundary Park to identify those who threw stones at a coach carrying Coventry City supporters away from the ground after the Sky Blues victory.

Objects including a sweet which hit a steward in the eye and Mars Bars were thrown at the City supporters stood in the away section of the Rochdale Road End Stand.

After a match, one group of youngsters tried to attack a car but in the main club car park, a group of ten or so youngsters were chased off by a supporter and three police officers after they were seen trying to provoke trouble amongst City supporters having a cigarette before boarding their coach.

West Midlands Police have confirmed one coach was damaged after the match by youths throwing stones and have asked for witnesses and said that that offender details have been obtained of those involved with incident. This will be followed up and arrests made.
