Plymouth Argyle are into the League 2 Play-Off Final after beating Portsmouth 1-0 in the second leg of the Semi-Final at Home Park.
Against a Portsmouth side which contained former City loanee Ryan Allsop and former midfielder's Michael Doyle and Adam Barton and managed by another former midfielder Paul Cook, Plymouth won 1-0 with a Paul Hartley goal in the 94th minute.
