Coventry City manager Chris Coleman was pleased with his side's 1-1 draw with Barnsley tonight.

Speaking to the club website after the game which saw Elliott Ward's stoppage time penalty cancel out Danny Bogdanovic's 8th minute opener, Coleman said: "None of the players were hiding, they kept going and we always knew it was going to be difficult against Barnsley.

"We've got nine players out at the moment after losing Clinton with flu and we've had some tough games recently playing teams that are struggling and fighting to stay away from relegation.

"But I was pleased with the boys endeavour against Barnsley, they showed some fight and while fans rightly showed displeasure sometimes they still got behind the lads as well which was good to see."
