Players Are To Blame - Tabb

Midfielder Jay Tabb has admitted that the players are to blame for the slump which has seen City drop over the season from top to 20th.

Speaking to the CT, Tabb said: "We have got some big games coming up and we all know we can turn it round.

"We have been too inconsistent and every few weeks we get a really good result and say we have to kick on and don't.

"Sometimes we don't keep ourselves in games long enough and as a team, we give goals away too softly.

"When you look at where we are the people you have to blame are the players. We know that and it is not nice admitting it and I said the same last year when Micky Adams was sacked.

"You can sack the manager but you can't sack the players and the good thing about being a player is that you get time to change it round."
