Robert Page is looking forward to the new season after coming through gamess at Banbury United and Tranmere Rovers.
Speaking to Sky Blue World,Page said: "It's been a frustrating pre-season with the injury I've had so it's nice to pull on the jersey again and I had 90 minutes at Banbury and 45 at Tranmere, and with every minute I play the sharper I feel so a couple more games and I'll be match fit.
"I've been confident with the hip because I've been training with the lads for the last two weeks and I've done pretty much everything during training so I was confident the hip would hold up it was just whether the lungs would hold out."
