The appeal against the decision of Justice Singh in the case of Otium Entertainment Group, Sky Blue Sport & Leisure and Arvo Master Trust against Coventry City Council and others has been dismissed.
Lord Justice McCombe, at the High Court in London this morning, said; "For the reasons given in the judgement I now hand down the appeal in this case.
"It is dismissed and the order of Mr Justice SIngh of the 20th of July 2017 is upheld.
