The Otium Entertainment Group, who are major shareholders in Coventry City, have acted to avoid the club being placed under a transfer embargo by filing their accounts on time.
The accounts of the Otium and Sky Blue Sports & Leisure were both filed on Friday afternoon with Companies House, ahead of the March 1st deadline.
This means that the Sky Blues will not face a transfer embargo unlike in years gone by when the accounts of CCFC Holdings Ltd and SBS&L were filed eventually rather than before the deadline.
The accounts of both companies are expected to be available via Companies House in a week or so.
