Coventry City defender Isaac Osbourne is on the road to recovery.

The midfielder who has been used as a defender by Chris Coleman damaged his ankle in the home game against Swansea City in November and hasfough his way back.

"Obviously Isaac is not ready to come back into the first team yet because I think he needs two or three reserve games because of the nature of his injury and fact that he has been out for a bit longer," said Chris Coleman to the CT.

"The specialist thought he might be an extra four weeks but he has made excellent progress and has joined in three or four training sessions and I have told the medical staff that he looks ready for the reserves.

"But we have got to be a bit careful, for Ozzy's confidence as well, but the squad is looking a lot healthier than it was.

"Robbie has been unlucky with his injury, especially as he was going to get a go up front, but the reserve game will do him good."
