One Year Carlisle Deal For O'Halloran

Former Coventry City defender Stephen O'Halloran has been given a one year deal by Carlisle United after impressing on a trial.

O'Halloran, who was brought to Coventry from Aston Villa by Aidy Boothroyd, was released by Andy Thorn last month after making 12 appearances plus one substitute appearances for City in an injury ruined ten month spell.

Carlisle boss and former Sky Blue Greg Abbott told his club's official website: "We think Stephen is a player with a bit of quality. He's had a fantastic upbringing in the game."

Carlisle have the option of giving hm another year if they wish to.
