Oldham Fan Pleads Guilty To Racist Behaviour At City Game

Northamptonshire Police have said that an Oldham Athletic fan has pleaded guilty to racist behaviour during the Latics game with Coventry City at Sixfields and been banned for three years.

The Oldham fan was identified after the match and interviewed by Greater Manchester Police, and subsquently reported for the offence and attended court in Northampton in July.

The male pleaded guilty to the public order offence and was issued with a 3 year football banning order, a community order [unpaid work] and a fine.
