Oldham Athletic face a winding up petition today.
Legal representatives of The Latic's will be in court in London to fight a winding up petition brought by HM Revenue and Customs.
Oldham have said that their legal advisors were dealing with the matter and the 'liability on which the petition is based was paid in full last month.'
