Paul Cook has been made manager of Southport. The former City midfielder who played for Tranmere amongst others had been on the coaching staff at Accrington Stanley and will be Southport's first full time manager for forty years.
Andy Marriott has joined Boston United. He had played for Oldham and Torquay after leaving the Sky Blues in October 2004.
