The currently appointed referee for Coventry City away game at Crystal Palace on Tuesday night is Patrick Miller from Bedfordshire.
He is the same referee who issued five bookings in the corresponding fixture last season and made a number of errors which saw Coventry City go down to a 2-0 defeat at Selhurst Park.
Married with three children, he started refereeing in 1995 after his playing career was cut short. He was appointed to the league list in 2005.
This is his fourth game of the season and his first Championship match of the season. His last game was Morecambe's 3-0 win at Hereford.
His assistants are Carl Brook (East Sussex) and John Magill (Essex) and the fourth official is Barry Holderness (Essex).
