Coventry City captain Jim O'Brien has said that the team will be set up to beat Crawley Town on Sunday.

In a game which is now a cup final for both sides with a place in League One next season up for grabs, O'Brien told Tom Bloomfield at this morning's press conference: We were so frustrated and disappointed after the Crewe game. It's been the story of our season.

"We've been okay against better opposition but it was a terrible unforgivable performance.

"It's a difficult one preparing for Sunday, you don't want to rely on other results the team will be set up to win the game.

"The manager is a great motivator, well be up for the game.

"There should have been pressure on the group months ago. It's not been a great season. There's been no consistency. It's time to stand up and be counted."
