Coventry City Council have confirmed what the Sky Blue Trust were saying last week.
The Council have confirmed that the Judicial Review into the City Council bailing out the Ricoh Arena to the tune of £14m will take place on June 10th.
The action has come about as SISU feel that the use of public money created unfair competition and is against the law of European ‘state aid’ legislation.
