Oldham Athletic have denied a rumour that Coventry City have expressed an interest in speaking to Oldham boss Paul Dickov.
Sky Sports News are being blamed for the rumour which suggested that the former Leicester player was a target for the vacant manager's job at Coventry City.
However, speaking to the Manchester Evening News from New York, Oldham Chairman Simon Corney said: "It's absolute nonsense.
"There is not a grain of truth to it and I don't know where it has come from."
