Coventry City defender James McPake has not set himself any targets for 2010 other than staying injury free.

The centre half who joined City back in January from problem hit Scottish side Livingston, has been hampered by injuries since then.

His latest comeback is being stifled by a lack of matches, McPake played ninety minutes in City Reserves 4-0 win against Oxford United on November 10th but has not played since.

Speaking to Dan Donovan, McPake said: "I need five or six games before everything is back to where it needs to be. "I've had one so far, three or four weeks ago and I need a lot more.

"Beyond that, I've not set myself any goals for 2010 apart from remaning free from injury. "That's all I am focused on for now and then I'll take everything else as it comes."
