The Coventry born striker, who spent most of last season out with a knee injury, is reported as being offered in a deal for Scott Dann, whom the Sky Blues want to keep hold of but it is understood that a sizeable cash only deal would be the only way that Dann would be going to St Andrews.
With SISU stating "they are weathering the recession" at the last City Shareholders AGM, money for players is not likely to be plentiful and a decent financial offer for Dann may be accepted so that other targets can be obtained.
