Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that Reda Johnson will not be getting a deal with the Sky Blues.
Mowbray told the Coventry Telegraph: “He’s around the place.. “His contract has expired and he’s asked to stay for another two weeks to get himself fit.
"He’s right at the end of his rehabilitation and wants to finish it off properly with the medical department that’s taken him over the last six or seven months.
"I have granted that and he’s looking fit, to be fair, and I have always said a fit Reda Johnson is good enough to play in a team to get out of this league.
“But I have said enough words about Reda and the story is finished as far as I am concerned. I wish him well and let’s see where he ends up.”
