According to the Coventry Telegraph's Les Reid, the offer made by Arena Coventry Limited to Coventry City FC's owners SISU does not include any rights to buy the Ricoh Arena or get any concessions on matchday revenue such as food and drink.
Arena Coventry Limited have offered a deal of of a ten year lease at rent of £150,000 a year but Mr Reid has tweeted: "No offer at all for CCFC or Sisu et al to buy even 1 per cent of Ricoh, & no offer on matchday revenues like food & drink."
