Coventry City manager Chris Coleman has said that he wants to bring in experienced players in on loan to boost the Sky Blues squad.

The City boss told the CT: "I had a conversation with Steve Kean this week about maybe getting in a few loan signings but the Premier League clubs that loan players are normally young kids and we have got enough kids.

"So we need someone maybe 26 or 27 who has done the rounds and maybe that is an option for us.

"I have said all along that I don't want to go 34-35, certainly they would have to be exceptional - because I want people to look at us in a certain way and see that we are rebuilding with players who are at the right age and hungry for it."
