The Coventry Telegraph's Simon Gilbert is reporting that Wasps did not get any of the land around the Ricoh Arena when they purchased all the shares in Arena Coventry Limited.
The article also says that initial discussions between Wasps and Coventry City Council started early last year whilst Coventry City FC were still at Sixfields.
