The Football League have confirmed that there has been no formal application from Coventry City to move their home matches to a venue out of the city.
Speaking to the Coventry Telegraph's Alan Poole, a Football League spokesman said: “We have had and are continuing to have discussions with the club.
"At this stage there has been no formal application lodged requesting a move to a specific location.”
