Marshall leaves Coventry City after being released by Chris Coleman but has injured his back and will not get a chance to play in the match.
"Andy is a doubt for Sunday, which is a shame," said Chris Coleman to the CT.
"He missed Saturday's game because he hurt his back last Thursday, just bending down to pick up a ball or disc and he ricked it. 
"I did have it in my mind to give him a game in one of these games because I felt it would be nice to say farewell to the supporters who respect him a lot, and rightly so, but I don't know whether that will be possible now."
