Coventry City manager Andy Thorn has said that they won’t be making any more excuses.
Much has been made of Thorn’s comments following numerous defeats and the City boss speaking to Sky Blue Player at the club’s weekly press conference said: "I said to the players this morning that we could sit around and make a load of excuses up about the results.
"But it is about going forward and those results are all in the past now so we have to use what we can take from it and move forward together.
"We aren't going to feel sorry for ourselves and anything which goes on off the pitch, just blame me and give it my way as I'm big enough to take that.
"They will continue to give everything for this football club and that is all that matters to me.
“We have had great support this year and everybody was really disappointed with last week; especially the manner of defeats. We aren't going to make any excuses and we are fully focused on fighting for the rest of the season."
