No desire says Macca

Five draws in their last six games as forced McAllister into questioning the players desire to go on and win games.

"I have got to look at the personnel," he said after the 2-2 draw at Highfield Road.

"That wasn't good enough there wasn't a desire to win this game."

"The players have to pick themselves up. I have done enough picking up the pieces.

"I want to see people taking responsibility. There are enough experienced people in that dressing room and its up to them to stand up and be counted."
