No Complacency Here- McSheffrey

Confidence is high in the Sky Blue ranks and they believe that they can continue with their winning run and make it three consecutive wins when Middlesbrough visit The Ricoh on Saturday, but McSheffrey says they are not being complacent.

He said to the CT: "You can never get complacent because we saw what happened recently when we lost three in a row, although I didn't think that was because we were complacent.

"You have those blips during the season and you just have to try to win more than you lose and take as many points as you can, but we are definitely heading in the right direction and with a little bit more consistency we can definitely give it a good push.

"It is nice to be back in the top six and we are getting to the stage in the season where we want to be there or thereabouts ready to hit our best form, and hopefully establish ourselves over Christmas and January.

"Christmas is usually a tough period because we have a lot of games and we have got some hard games against Cardiff and QPR, so it will be a challenge and tough, but one we will welcome and enjoy."
