According to The People, former Coventry City loanee Kasper Schmeichel is interesting Newcastle United and Arsenal.
Schmeichel is out of contract at Leicester City at the end of the season and the paper is claiming that both Newcastle and Arsenal are admirers of the son of Peter Schmeichel and both clubs see him as 'ideal back up for their current number one keepers'.
The paper also claims that Schmeichel will leave Leicester if they are not promoted at the end of the season.
