“The largest influences and constraints on any structure of this type is the size and location of the land, its place within the relevant utility and transport networks, and local planning considerations which dictate structure size, construction process and the stadium's place in the wider area. In other words, land and location are the two most influential factors, and these are the two things SISU doesn't have. They may as well have run a competition for local school kids to send in drawings of what the stadium should look like and given the winning kids' class a free day at a match, at least that way this exercise would have had some value by getting local kids interested in the club, instead of this meaningless guff. Utterly, utterly pointless.”
“Anybody can get a drawing put together. Until there's firm news on a site I'm not convinced there is any intention to build.”
