New Job For Strachan Junior

Former Coventry City midfielder Gavin Strachan has become the new U18's manager at Peterborough United.

Strachan played for City Reserves (including some matches with his father Gordon), before going on to make sixteen appearances for City;s first team.

He was released by City in 2003 and made 78 appearances for Hartlepool United as well having two spells at Peterborough United, plus one at Notts County before going into non-league football and playing for the likes of Hinckley United whilst studying to be a journalist.

He was also part of the Strachan Football Foundation which is based in Rugby.
