New Job For Fletcher

Former Coventry City Managing Director Paul Fletcher has returned to his native Burnley to take up a job helping the development of Turf Moor.

Formerly involved with Bolton,Huddersfield,Wembley Stadium and a share holder in Bastion which is now based at the Ricoh Arena and brought the PSL into being, Fletcher was initially sent to Coventry to run Arena Coventry Limited and ensure that the Arena opened.

Having got the Arena opened and after a spell of treating Coventry City as a second class citizen, he transferred to the Sky Blues to become MD.

He did some good work in bringing the supporters together and worked with many different City supporters, something abhorrent to previous regimes. Mr Fletcher resigned his post on October 5th when it was clear that a takeover deal with Manhatten was never going to materialise.
