Land close to the Ricoh Arena has been earmarked for housing.
Sites near the Ricoh Arena and Arena Park are two of nineteen sites of empty Council owned land, that Coventry City Council approved to be sold for housing developments.
Land around Arena Park has been earmarked for disposal by 2013/14 whilst the “leisure land” around the Ricoh Arena has been set aside for disposal by 2016/17.
