NdLovu To Go To High Court

Former Coventry City winger Peter Ndlovu will be taking his case for non payment of $55k to the High Court in Zimbabwe.

Ndlovu had taken Highfield United's owners Twalumba Holdings to court claiming that he was owed £35k which was his signing on fee. However, the club countered with a claim that Ndlovu had never signed a contract.

The differences were unable to be settled and Justice Susan Mavangira has refered the civil dispute to trial which The Registrar of the High Court is yet to set the matter down for hearing in an open court.
