My Luck Will Change - Morrison

Coventry City striker Clinton Morrison has said that his luck will change and goals will come.

The striker, who is out of contract at the end of the season, has not scored since the 77th minute of the 2-2 home draw with Middlesbrough back in September.

"It is really frustrating, but I am working really hard and not getting the goals," said Morrison to the CT. "I think I am playing well enough but I obviously want to get the goals again. The gaffer said to me that he is happy with the way I am working hard and he says that he knows my luck will change and the goals will come again.

"All strikers go through this and I know that once I get one I will kick on again. It is in the back of my mind and obviously I am disappointed but it is not getting me down too much.

"But I always want to score more goals and I am bubbly and happier when they are going in. But as long as the team are doing all right and I am contributing then I will be happy.

"There are some good balls going into the box at the minute and hopefully I will get on the end of a few, starting at Scunthorpe on Sunday.

"I played a nice little one-two with Patrick van Aanholt and he nearly scored last weekend, so if we keep playing like that and creating good chances then we will soon start climbing the table."
