Coventry City U21 coach Darren Murray has said that he is proud of the improvement in the younger players.
Speaking to Matt Joyce, Murray said: "I can't tell you how proud I am of the change in the improvements in the players' mentality. The gaffer and Neil changed it from the first-team down and it has all changed right through to the Under-18s, everyone's worked hard and that's why the Under-18s are top of the league and in the fourth round of the FA Youth Cup.
"It's not because we've got better players, we do have some good players but it's because of their desire to succeed."
