Coventry City goalkeeper Joe Murphy is still hoping to get a call for the Republic Of Ireland squad.
The Dublin born keeper has been in great form for City over the last two seasons and told Keiran Crowley: “I wouldn't say I was happy when Giovanni Trappatoni left but I did think maybe a door might have opened.
“Steve Ogrizovic knows the goalkeeping coach within the national set-up so I've kept telling him to put a good word in for me
