In a landmark case, the European Union have ruled against the Premier League who were objecting to pubs showing football at 3pm on a Saturday using decoders bought in a another European Union country.

The full ruling can be read by clicking on http://www.fsf.org.uk/media/uploaded/File/ECJ-Murphy-Ruling.pdf

What it basically means is that pubs and clubs can continue to show Premier League games live on Saturday and that they don't have to pay SKY the ridiculous amounts they charge pubs and clubs a year in order to show live football.
