Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that one of his jobs is selling the club to prospective players and other clubs who could loan City players.
Mowbray told Keiran Crowley: "We've had a real improvement on last season and we've got to sell to any potential player what we are growing here, the future for the club.
"We fell away last season but that's the challenge. Can we find another Adam Armstrong, Jacob Murphy or another towering centre-back? Those are the challenges.
"You've got to sell the journey and tell the player that by being here, your career will improve. There is a lot of work to be done but we're determined to get it right.
"If we look at loans, we've got to sell the club to Premier League clubs and players, and show them that a stint in League One with Coventry City will ultimately benefit their careers."
