Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that he is trying to give the City supporters something to enjoy.

Mowbray told Keiran Crowley at this lunchtime's press conference: "I think the job of the team, the club, manager and staff is to give football fans a team to be proud of. I try to put an identity on a team when I go there.

"This team, the history of Coventry around 87 I was 23. But it's still a club with a huge history and played in the top flight with a great history. We're trying to give the fans something to enjoy and get behind. I said about the Sky Blue scarves in the bottom of the wardrobe, get them on and come to the match. It would be an intimidating place to come if the team is winning and we're able to get them back.

"It's now down to the team to keep it going on the grass."
