Former Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has seen his Blackburn Rovers side relegated from the Championship.
Mowbray, who started the season with Coventry City who have been relegated from League One, took his side to Brentford needing a win and hoping that either Nottingham Forest or Birmingham City slipped up.
Blackburn won 3-1 at Griffin Park. However, it mattered not as Birmingham City won 1-0 at Bristol City and Nottingham Forest beat Ipswich Town 3-0.
