Mowbray Not Feeling Any Pressure

Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray insists that he is not feeling ny pressure despite the Sky Blues being second bottom in the League One table.

Mowbray, told the Coventry Telegraph at today's press conference: "We’re all aware of the results but we’re also aware of the performance levels and once we get a better rate of finishing our chances we’ll start putting points on the board.

I’d be more concerned if I thought the team wasn’t functioning.

Potentially we could have won every game this season and yet the facts are we haven’t - we haven’t done the job well enough in both boxes.

"Am I under pressure?

Whatever pressure is, I don’t really feel any pressure. The only pressure is what I put on myself to get some points.

What I do know is it’s a long season. We started off at the top end and Barnsley were at the bottom and yet Barnsley ended up getting promoted.

I know everyone wants success now, whether that’s fans, journalists or owners.”
