Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that he is looking to getting Ben Turner started on playing for the Sky Blues.

Mowbray told the Coventry Telegraph about Turner who is on loan until January: "He’s a more experienced player. He’s big and strong, physicality and knowledge who has won a promotion.”

“It was interesting today it was cold, wet and blowing a gale and he was in short sleeves with the minimum kit on while other lads had kagools on. That shows what he’s about really. He’s a leader of men and good footballer.

“He’s got a bit to do because he’s not played since January. But I’m looking forward to get him started.

“He’s ready to play, enthusiastic. No wooly hats, under skins or gloves, Here I am, Ben Turner!”
