Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said he would rather wait for the right player than bring one in who proves ineffective.
Speaking to Keiran Crowley:Mowbray said: "We're aware of the lack of striking options and we hope to add at least one over the next few days Searand maybe one or two more later next week.
"We want to get the right players in and I'd rather wait for the right ones rather than panic and get a team you're not happy with.
"If it means starting the season with a few elements missing then fine. We've got to get it right for the entire season."
