Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that he is delighted to have signed Jodi Jones on loan from Dagenham & Redbridge.

Speaking about the midfielder to Keiran Crowley, Mowbray said: "We're delighted to get this deal over the line and I'm looking forward to working with Jodi.

"He is a player we've tracked for some time and we've been really impressed by his performances for Dagenham and Redbridge at such a young age.

"He's got great potential and we'll be looking to develop that over his time with the club like we've been able to do with our young players this season.

"Whilst he might not impact the first-team immediately, this is a deal we've done with one eye on the future as we look to build a brighter future for this club."
