Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that he was delighted with the Sky Blues 3-1 win at Colchester United which puts the Sky Blues joint top of the league.
Mowbray told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire: "It is the next three points for us.
"I am delighted to get the points after recovering wel from a early goal.
"Jacob Murphy really stepped up to the plate and it was a difficult morning for our two French players but they really wanted to play.
"It was a decent performance and great to see so many City supporters behind the goal."
Speaking about Joe Cole, Mowbray said: "Joe is desperate to play but he was not ready today."
