According to the Coventry Telegraph, it will not now be until early next week before we hear if Tony Mowbray is staying as Coventry City manager.
The word "positive" has been used by all parties in their media output and with City talking to Mark Venus and Mark Proctor about joining Mowbray's backroom staff, hopes are high that he will stay and get the financial backing he needs to transform the club which has had a season that has been mainly unacceptable for the club's lowly league finish and early cup exits.
