Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that City have to find the right players to turn the team into one which will challenge.
Speaking to the Coventry Telegraph's Alan Poole, Mowbray said: “As I’ve said from day one I’ve found a fantastic work ethic from my group and we have to find the right players to turn that into wins.
“Can we find a 20-goal a season centre-forward who probably doesn’t know he’s a 20-goal centre-forward at the moment – he’s perhaps playing for an under-21 side somewhere looking for the chance to put his talents on the pitch.
“It’s all about recruitment – the currency of a football club is its players.”
